Every once in awhile. Ideas come along, spur of the moment ideas, that just need to be acted upon. And for two car enthusiasts whos insistence on driving ridiculous amounts burns many a dead and converted dinosaur (aka: Fossil Fuels), what tattoo would be more appropriate?

The last two days of the WCSG2011 went by in a blur. I didn’t end up shooting many events, as my time was devoted to logistics. However I did manage to sneak out to a few soccer games, some rugby, field hockey, badminton and volleyball. Enjoy! And thank you again to my amazing media team! You guys produced incredible work!

Today marked my longest day of the WCSG2011. 7 venues shot at from 6:30am to 8:30pm. Rowing – Golf – Field Hockey – Volleyball – Badminton – Swimming – Rugby. Tomorrow is the last full day of competition, followed by the medal rounds for the majority of week 2 sports on Sunday. Enjoy the sneak peak, with thousands of frames today, it was hard to choose just a few. Enjoy the last two days of the games!

Today was the first day of the second week of competition in the WCSG2011. I spent some time at Badminton, Volleyball, Soccer, and Rugby. I also spent some time at the Riverside Park festival. So a few of the sneak peak images included are from there. Enjoy!

Day 4, and the final day of week 1 of the WCSG came and went without to many photos being taken by me, as I spent the majority of the day planning the logistics of week 2 for my photographers. I did manage to sneak out to Shumway Lake for the War Canoe and catch a few basketball / softball games. Wednesday is a day of rest, then back at it Thursday with a fresh set of sports!
